Submission Guidelines
1. Eligibility
Only original work that has not been published elsewhere as a full paper may be submitted. Previously presented abstracts may be submitted if disclosed in the abstract body.
2. Abstract structure
Use the following sections where applicable:
- Background / Objectives
- Methods
- Results
- Conclusion
3. Length and formatting
- Keep the abstract concise and focused on key findings.
- Use clear scientific language; avoid promotional wording.
- Do not include tables, figures, or references in the abstract body unless the conference specifically allows them.
4. Authors and affiliations
List all co-authors with accurate affiliations. The submitting author is responsible for ensuring all co-authors have approved the submission.
5. Categories
Select the most appropriate submission category offered by the conference. Categories are defined by the conference organizers and may differ between events.
6. Attachments
Upload only permitted file types. Follow any conference-specific size and format limits shown on the submission form.
7. Review and decisions
Submissions are reviewed according to the conference review process. Final presentation format (if applicable) is determined by the organizers upon acceptance.
8. Deadlines
All submissions must be completed before the published submission deadline. Late submissions are not accepted once the deadline has passed.
